This is honestly a fantastic restaurant with incredibly hardworking staff. It’s quite common to experience a wait these days, and I have little patience for those who get upset with the employees because of it. Seriously, what’s the rush? Are they so significant that they’re headed to the Middle East to negotiate peace? The day manager noticed my wait, and even though I didn’t think it was too long, she kindly apologized and offered me a complimentary treat for later. That’s the kind of manager you want—someone who pays attention to their customers. My cappuccinos are always excellent, and the staff is wonderful.
What really stands out is their outstanding customer service. Even during busy times, they remain patient and polite, unlike some other places I've been to. Recently, I faced a little hiccup when my phone died, and I thought I had my wallet with me. They were more than accommodating, took care of the situation, and even complimented me on being a great regular. They made the whole experience feel completely comfortable and friendly. I can't recommend this location highly enough!
This Starbucks outshines all the other local locations with its spacious interior and fantastic selection. I love browsing through the variety of products available here. I always make it a point to stop by before catching my train, and it's a perfect way to pass some time before I head out.
