I've witnessed numerous instances of degrading attitudes from these employees towards customers, particularly the elderly. It's disheartening to see such mean-spiritedness. As a result, I have stopped going to Starbucks and have switched to Coffee Bean, which is a bit of a drive, but I've been very satisfied with their service. The staff there is friendly, and the coffee is excellent. A positive attitude truly enhances the experience.
I sincerely hope corporate will address this issue and consider the feedback from undercover evaluations to witness the inappropriate behavior firsthand. I'd love to be able to enjoy my coffee in a welcoming atmosphere once again.
That said, the café features a pleasant outdoor patio where you can relax and enjoy your drinks, in addition to nice seating options inside. Generally, you should be able to find a spot to sit if that’s what you’re looking for.
As for the staff, they are typical of what you would find at most Starbucks—friendly, efficient, and helpful in getting you what you need. Overall, if you’re in the Aliso Viejo area or traveling along El Toro Road and craving your Starbucks fix, this is a great place to stop by.
Caution: If you order anything other than a black coffee, there's a good chance it will be incorrect. The staff also seem indifferent to what you actually ordered, believing that what they give you is what you should have. I stopped by in a hurry this morning and was reminded why I prefer to drive farther to go to other locations. I recommend skipping this one.
I ordered at a different Starbucks by accident and didn't realize it. When my drink wasn't ready because they didn't even have my order, I asked the workers if they had seen the order. They went ahead and made a new drink for me! I then realized that Iordered at the wrong Starbucks, and they cheerfully said that they would take care of it. Amazing service!

It's currently 1:23 PM, and I waited 14 minutes for my order since arriving at 1:09 PM. Unfortunately, the barista mistakenly handed my order to another customer, who ended up with the largest size of the mango dragon fruit. They seemed really pleased, but I was left disappointed.
I really enjoy the variety of coffee available here, but I do wish they offered powdered coffee creamer. As for wheelchair accessibility, it's nothing special; they have a ramp that makes it easy for people with disabilities to enter without any issues.
This location is nice because it is convenient for a quick stop. The service is nice and they have good seating although not the coziest one. No drive through so when you walk in you're not left waiting for them to finish with the drive through people.
12/8/2023Like most Starbucks, the product was consistent and the store was clean. Everyone was super friendly but John went the extra mile and rocked the register with friendly and engaging interactions and willing to share a laugh, perfection!

Everyday I come get my Dark Roast. It's a great addition! I just started to come to this place and the baristas here already know me by name and order.
