Usually the service is good. However, today I ordered my drink inside not to mentioned it wasn't busy in there. Waited for a good 10 mins maybe more for my drink. The guy at the counter asked another lady beside me what she had ordered and made her drink first. First off, I was there before her and I had to ask where is mines for him to say that he doesn't see my name! Lol, like I wasn’t just sitting there for my health. Didn’t appreciate that at all!
This is like...the friendliest Starbucks I've ever been to. I ordered on the app and everything was ready pretty much instantaneously. Then when I went in to pick up, everyone was smiling and welcoming me. I'm from New England, where we're all miserable and don't talk to strangers so it was actually kind of weird. They looked legitimately happy to be there and doing their jobs. I'm so confused.
Ordered two drink and both did not taste good. The brown sugar shaken espresso did not taste sweet and had a lot sediment? I have not experienced this before with this drink. The second cold brew caramel foam did not taste good either. Again drinks i have had before What is going on?

I really like this place! The staff member assisted me with an issue I was having on my phone and helped me get my coffee at a special price for the day. His name was [insert name].
This Starbucks in San Dimas is the best! The best atmosphere and service. It can get crowded during the weekends.
Worst Starbucks experience ever! I ordered a caramel frappuccino, but there was no caramel in it. Who does that?
Slow service. Seems like they are wildly understaffed. The staff who are here are burnt out and over it.. Réservez une table maintenant
A whole new world that I’ve never experienced before; I definitely plan to come back!
