Hate to do it but Starbucks didn’t take me serious. The manager Nicole did not do her job as a manager and did not reassure quality. I just picked up my coffee and noticed there was a blue plastic inside my drink. I got home and noticed this and called it in. The manager Nicole offered me another drink and leave it as that. I then asked how their ice is distributed because I guessed it was a bags of frozen ice but she did say they have their own ice machines. So then I said why is there a blue plastic that looks similar to a bag. Nicole only spoke to me on the phone and when I went into the store to show them the blue plastic on my drink. Nicole was hiding in back and made the poor baristas...
I can only give this restaurant two stars because I was charged for an extra caramel drizzle, which didn’t deliver at all. The cup was lined with just a very faint amount of caramel, and there was nothing at the bottom. I left wondering if I had missed something, but there really wasn’t any caramel at all. I had to go back because I was charged 60 cents for something I didn’t actually receive, and there was no apology from the staff—they weren’t very friendly either. Additionally, the location is a bit inconvenient with heavy traffic, making it hard to get in and out.
When in need of a pick me up this is the place to go. Starbucks always hits, I switch up my order but always mindful of calories. There’s about 3 go to drinks, lately the oatmilk shaken espresso is my go to. I also do mobile order which makes it so convenient especially when you want to do a complicated order and don’t want to have to say it at the drive thru window. If the line is long I just run inside and my order is on the counter waiting for me. If you have tried their pastries and breakfast food, you must!
This restaurant is managed exceptionally well, and I highly recommend it. The service is outstanding, and the staff is consistently friendly. Price per person: $1–10. Parking: There is a free parking lot available.

One stars because they change their opening hours from 5:00 to 5:30. Slow traffic in that half hour? Lazy workers not wanting to get up early? Anyways you guys should go back to 5:00 a.m. opening hours
