The drinks are fine (4 stars) but otherwise this store is a mess. They have so many orders waiting for pickup that eventually they just start pouring them out. I don’t know why somebody would order a drink online and then not pick it up, but it seems to be a recurring theme at this store. They need to figure out an alternate solution. Maybe give them away to patrons instead of tossing them down the drain.
This place hasn’t been the same since they redesigned the interior. They also no longer have milk, cream, and sugar available for customers to serve themselves. Starbucks has started to feel more like Dunkin', and often they add too much or too little milk, cream, or sugar, depending on who is making your drink. I wish it could go back to how it was before the pandemic.
Had to continue the Xmas game so needed more stars. So thankful to Ash for her help with my blonde roast. She really went above my expectations to brew me my coffee! Really busy location but plenty of seats here and many baristas to get your fix asap!Parking: Huge parking lot but the mall is so busy it’s hard to get a spot sometimes!
One of the much better Starbucks that I've been to. It was renovated relatively recently and they manage to keep it clean which is not a given in Starbucks. There's ample parking. Friendly staff, clean, spacious and organized. This location has a new board that tells you when your mobile order drink is ready (see picture). They also carry all the kid essentials (juice box, pouch, cheese sticks, veggie boxes).
NEW-LOOK This Starbucks is my favorite store around Fort Lee. They always follow Starbucks recipes, so the taste is consistent. Customized orders are also perfect. They are always friendly, and smiling!

The experience was disappointing. I won't support any establishment that promotes Zionism, and their coffee was subpar as well.
