I went to Starbucks to just have some thing to drink and just do some work on my computer out of the house and the music was so loud. I couldn’t hear myself think so. I just asked kindly if they could turn it down and they were employees were saying no to each other. So I just asked again if they were going turn it down and I was not rude at all, and they said they were going to. They had to go to the back in back which was a total lie they have it on their Bluetooth phone and they just chose not to turn it down. It was very loud. I don’t think it’s much to ask. I was not the only one.
I’m so sad to be making this review but after a change in employees, this has become one of my least favorite Starbucks. There’s only one girl there who is friendly and everyone else is incredibly rude. I waited for 10 minutes at the window and when I asked Matt if I could just be refunded he was very rude and instructed me to just call corporate. And believe me, I was on the phone with them before I even left the parking lot. Hey Matt, maybe the service industry isn’t your calling.
After the remodel, the place got gross and dirty. No comfy chairs, just some horrible industrial hard chairs. Everything always looks like it needs a good wipe-down. This used to be our go-to place for coffee meet ups but now we go anywhere else (except in summer when we can sit outside). More like an old Eastern European McDonalds than a relaxing coffee bar. The team here is great. The store is generally clean. The music is absolutely atrocious and way to loud. There is one table away from the speaker but it's always used by crew for meetings, inventory, etc. Why??? At 9AM the music doesn't need to be cranked up to the point that I need to repeat my order to the barista for them to hear me. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

I want to give a shout-out to the incredibly kind barista named Toni. Every time I've visited this Starbucks, she has been extremely sweet and helpful. Each drink she has made for me has been a perfect 10 out of 10! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
I’ve been drinking my coffee for an hour and I went to heat it up. When I took off the lid of my americano I found a centipede. When I went back to the Starbucks I didn’t even get an apology. I’m going to show this to everyone I know. 10/10
The brew machine was replaced and not inspected yet, so I couldn't get a regular drip coffee, but the service was really good. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
The staff and crew here are amazing. After coming here dozens of times they have always been perfect. Truly my favorite Starbucks! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
