The order taker was so rude her name is Kiwi. We experience bad customer service. Of course, every drink is different. She was saying your order is out of this world, with a smirk. It’s like she was mocking our orders. The last time I ordered she was also giving me an attitude I didn’t mind it at first but when I came back earlier it became worse. Not sure, if she was being sarcastic or what.
Starbucks makes a difference for coffee shops in terms of their employees as they ate usually more respectful with their clientele but the coffee shop at yonge and finch has a terrible customer service crew, they should learn some customer rapport before engaging to customers; if there was zero star they earn it hands
I have been to a lot of Starbucks all across Canada never seen such rude staffs, on top of that the baristas don’t even know how to get a drink right. Really disappointed at the management for hiring employees who lack commitment to their job and exhibit rude behaviour to their customers. ??????
Sarah, the waitress at the restaurant, was extremely rude. She lacked any customer service skills and did not listen to the customer's concerns, but instead constantly defended herself. This made the entire experience at the restaurant terrible.
Forgot my drink due to a busy day of working and when I finally remembered to pick it up. Mr. Wonder (awesome name) saw that it had separated in content and offered to remake the drink. 10/10 for Wonder and I think he deserves a raise!
I have typically had positive experiences at Starbucks, but this particular location had unfriendly and unethical staff. They accidentally spilled my coffee and failed to apologize or offer a replacement.
