Starbucks Los Yoses

Buyer Beware I had a late breakfast here at Starbucks they lightly warmed up the cold packaged breakfast sandwich. When I took the first bite it was still cold inside. I spit out the bite into a napkin and threw it out. When I went to the counter to resolve the issue, they asked me if I wanted them to warm it up more for me. Absent their consideration was the fact that I would be getting a bite less than I paid for from the willfully undercooked sandwich as well as the lack of cleanliness standards of wanting to take a bitten into sandwich and place it in the oven. Estando de acuerdo con las opiniones estupendas sobre este establecimiento: cómodo, wifi, estacionamiento y empleados bien educados para su trabajo. He de mencionar que el café es igual aquí, como mínimo, a otros cafés costarricenses autóctonos que he probado, por ejemplo, en el Mercado Central de San José, donde hay un café delicioso, pero en este Starbucks he pagado el doble de precio que allí. Por eso no le pongo más estrellas.

The cashiers are always very friendly and almost always speak both Spanish and English. The WiFi is very fast here so it’s a nice place to get a lot of work done. There is plenty of seating especially in the lower section. The standards seem to be set high and the staff always deliver a great experience. I don’t think I’ve ever seen the staff not having fun with each other or having an interesting conversation with the customers.

Tranquilo excelente café pero crei que el menú era más grande esperaba ver los queques y no una tajadas de présentation pero todo sabe rico se que su fuerte es el cafe pero uno créé que va a haber una pasteleria y no es asiMi concepto estaba equivocado

Servicio mediocre y dicen q no tienen tazas de cerámica para el café al tomarlo en el local. Dijeron que estaban sucias y que había mucha gente lo cual no era cierto. Muy extraño. Además había basura en una mesa de la terraza y nunca la limpiaron.

El buen servicio de un starbucks. El personal amable y medianamente rápido. Visitaría el lugar de nuevo, un poco lleno pero bueno para trabajar.
