Ordered today a tall strawberry acai refresher, it tasted like water and as you can see in the picture it is barely with any colour (pale pink) and no dried fruits like it is supposed to have and indicated in the photos of Starbucks (we know the drink and always take it in other Starbucks) . I went back to the counter to explain the issue to the lady that prepared the drink and there, like others mentioned in previous reviews, I was met with the worst attitude. Impolite and rude lady (for management: she has partially shaved blond hair). She literally said: I cannot do anything for you. Finally she added some sirup without any dried fruits. I guess your cows eat golden grass else how on earth is your coffee with milk so expensive you have to pay 4.5 Euro. Decided to not have coffee. It is not authentic espresso anyways. Also served in plastic cup as if all this focus on plastic wastage doesn’t concern your company. Starbucks your are just like mc Donald’s. Bad quality and a great disappointment.
Possibly the best Starbucks I’ve been to which is crazy cuz it’s in an airport and I go to Starbucks a lot. The main reason is the quality and selection of food items. The salad and hotbox meals are delicious. I’ve been here many times and it’s consistently great. Drinks and staff are also good as always.
Un Starbucks pratique et confortable dans le terminal T1 après la sécurité. Mobilier douillet et prises électriques disponibles. Un peu cher, mais c'est normal dans un aéroport (8 € pour un venti latte). Le cheesecake à la vanille est vraiment délicieux !

Poor experience with one member of the staff. When asked whether my drink was ready, replied it had been for a while and then complained that I did not pay attention when he called my name. I was sitting less than 5 meters away.
Absolument déplorable. 30 minutes d'attente et seulement 5 personnes servies. C'est un aéroport, nous ne pouvons pas attendre plus d'une heure pour un café. Où sont les employés ?

Absolutely extortionate pricing. €3.60 for a small filter coffee to take away?? Two stars as the coffee wasn't bad at all.
