My friend and I visited this restaurant on April 1st (Friday) at 9:57 PM. Upon entering, we were met with an immediate attitude from the staff, who informed us that they couldn’t make us coffee. My friend pleaded with them, pointing out that it wasn’t even 10 PM yet. We were treated poorly, ignored, and firmly told no. One of the baristas even looked at me and remarked, “Wow, congratulations—are you 4 months pregnant?” This was clearly an attempt to insult me, and I am not pregnant at all. I have never encountered such a distressing situation. I left my car feeling devastated, as her comment implied that I look overweight. There are positive aspects to this location, so I'd like to outline what I believe management should take note of.This location used to be a clean and well-maintained Starbucks when it was first opened. However, recently, there have been cleanliness issues, including flies around the counter and barista bar (which raise serious hygiene concerns) as well as the presence of dead bugs. Furthermore, the restrooms are no longer kept in a clean condition, and the level of service has noticeably declined.I hope that the management will address these concerns, and we can once again enjoy the excellent quality we used to experience at this location.
Awesome that they have a shady patio to sit with the dogs, and give them puppaccinos (pup cups), and water. Nice to be able to chill and relax after walking around.Parking: 3 level parking garage with free parking. Can be crowded on the weekends, but I've always managed to find a spot.Wheelchair accessibility: The stores are ground level, and wheelchair accessible.
It is a Starbucks. Okay, it is quite good. The design is very nice. The only negative is the abundance of people and her laptops and with zero conversation and they're general oppressive atmosphere that restricts socialization. However, this atmosphere is created by the patrons and not by Starbucks itself. Perhaps if the music were much much louder. Réservez une table maintenant
There are usually plenty of available seats where you can sit and work for a few hours. The service is fast and well-organized, and their merchandise is consistently well-stocked. There are also many food options at the nearby outdoor mall! Plus, I received a free reusable cup on November 16 for Red Cup Day, which was a nice bonus!
