Pizza was delicious and definitely one of the best gf bases I’ve had. However, I asked if there were any toppings I needed to be wearing of and the waitress had no idea and after asking the chef said that all the toppings were pre packaged so they can’t guarantee there’s no gluten. I decided to take the risk and didn’t have any reactions but can’t give a coeliac safe approval since I don’t always get obvious symptoms for reference I had the prosciutto pizza. All in all great food, but 3 stars because there doesn’t seem to be much consideration for coeliacs there.
