I am glad that I've received your email because I have the opportunity to write this review and it's also proof that I made the reservation at State&Main for December When my family and I arrived to the Restaurant, it was closed with a sign stating that they will be closed on Christmas Eve and the How is this possible? We relied on the reservation to have our Christmas Eve celebration and you left us with no celebration and no other place to go, because at that time it was imposible to find another place to eat or even to buy food for the night. We enjoy State Main and dine or drink there often. The Valentines feature menu was very well priced and the meal was delicious! A typical rating was reduced drastically this time because the service was terrible! We had to wave attention for our server to ask if we could order dinner after an hour of being seated. The manager comped our wine but blamed the delays on the kitchen which was completely untrue. I suggest requesting to be seated in the lounge if youâre on a date night to avoid the kid section and also to get good service.
Enjoyed our meal. Server was very good, prompt, knowledgeable and easy to engage with. Food was great steak was a bit over cooked and it was still very good, spouseâs lettuce wraps were reported to be better than most as were the dumpling appetizer. Grandsonâs cheeseburger and fries more than met his expectations. Weâll definitely go back.
Great experience dining and the burger was perfect service was great and the price was was great. So overall I would recommend State and Maim. Good job staff.

The food here is excellent. In the past the service wasnât great, but they must have made some changes because it was perfect. Love this restaurant.
the calamari was overcooked and small plate for price french dip was ok but not great truffle and shrimp rigatoni was amazing--but again overpriced
My wife and I enjoyed out meal and the service was fantastic I only wish I could remember the servers name. The food was fantastic

All of us loved are meals the roasted brussel sprouts are to die for. We would go back again.
