My family and I met up with relatives at the Station Pub for a late lunch, as it was conveniently located between Leeds and Sheffield. We were very impressed with our experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and we were seated in a quiet dining room where we could easily chat. The bar area also looked inviting and was busy with other diners. Our drinks arrived promptly, and we had plenty of time to review the extensive menu. Our meals were served quickly and were delicious with generous portions. We have passed this pub many times always saying we will call in, well we did yesterday and were pleasantly surprised, it is a nice pub with plenty of outside seating and entertainment for the children. We both had the steak pie, chips peas, carrots, cabbage, and broccoli and it was very nice and lots of it, my partner couldn't eat all of her veg but we still made room for the jam sponge and custard. It was a very nice hot meal and I couldn't find a fault with anything.
We went out for lunch and had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly. We ordered steak pie with chips and vegetables, lasagne with chips (salad optional), sweet and sour chicken with rice, chips, and salad. We also enjoyed three glasses of wine and a pint of beer, all for less than £50. Highly recommend!
Have been several times forSunday lunch and always had a great meal. Some of our group order other meals and they too are always very happy with their food. The choice is extremely good, the food is tasty, piping hot and there is plenty of it. The staff are pleasant and helpful I highly recommend it.

The restaurant had a charming and cozy atmosphere. The food was exceptional and the portions were generous. The scampi with chips was delicious, and the Yorkshire pudding with four sausages and gravy was very satisfying. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back.
My sister and I have been coming to the station for a while, and the food has been 1st class every time. The staff are really helpful and lovely, Katy and Kirsty are outstanding. We look forward to our scrumptious lunch every week.

Steak pie chips and veg ,brilliant big plate with good quality . Service really good Don't waste your money anywhere else Old school food like ya mum used to make .
