We had a great experience at this restaurant! My two friends and I all ordered burgers, fries, and milkshakes. It was a busy time of day, with only one server working in the dining area and a large party coming in right after us. Despite the busy atmosphere, our server did an excellent job of taking care of all the guests. Our milkshakes took a bit longer than expected to arrive, but our server was kind enough to not charge us for them due to the delay. We were very impressed with how well she handled the situation. We paid using the Steak and Shake app, which was convenient and easy to use.
I ordered a burger and fries, but unfortunately, the fries never arrived. The burger was thin and overcooked. To make matters worse, there were ants crawling around our booth, and trash and food were scattered everywhere. The floors were sticky, and a small child was delivering food to customers. In the parking lot, a car was revving its engine loudly. Overall, the staff seemed unprofessional, and I overheard another customer mention that they were out of pickles and pasta. It was an unpleasant experience, although I did enjoy the milkshake.
Was ordering and I apologetically changed to another sandwich, and the man in the speaker said “oh my f& @8! god” left immediately why use profanity with a customer who was nothing but respectful to you? Called the store asking for manager same man answered the phone LIED and said he was manager. I had to act like I was asking for hiring manager just to talk to real manager and the women in charge didn’t even care! Will never be going back. Y’all need to be better than that embarrassing
The last time I visited, I ordered a butter burger, and there was so much butter on it that it felt like they were trying to kill me… but I absolutely loved it! The young lady who served me, who I believe made my burger, was fantastic as well. And my red velvet shake came with an Oreo for dipping—it was the best!

Horrible customer service. I have stopped by the drive thru a few different times and have not gotten good service. They are constantly having issues, it seems, with their system seeing as every time I stop by, they are only accepting cash. Not taking orders or a absolutely ridiculous wait time
Absolutely delicious! I was a bit nervous after driving a long way that the restaurant might be closed, as it really looked that way at first. Thankfully, they were smart and had a sign outside!
I don't know what kind of buns you guys have switched to recently, but they're pretty gross. They are overly doughy and tasteless; I threw half of my burger away because of it.
I love their food, but I REFUSE to be redirected to a kiosk to order when two humans are available able to take an order. You have lost a loyal customer.
