Cold fries, soggy bun with burger. Had a few questions at window and apparently clerk was above answering. She was not friendly and kept trying to shut window on me. Terrible experience all the way around. Was also charged more than I ever have been and I order same items. Very dissatisfied with this location!!
Use to be so good but this time not much meat on sandwich, my son was sad bc they didn't have the car and he just got a color page with community crayons. No more chicken strips, didn't get many fries with food.
The food is good but I would call to make sure they are open. I assume staffing issues are the problem but I have tried multiple times to visit this location of an evening and it is closed.
Claimed they were open 24 hours, drove across town to find them not open at 11pm on a Tuesday. Please, update your hours. Réservez une table maintenant
The food is as I remember for steak and shake and it's a nice greasy treat. The waitress was very kind and accommodating.
Food was good! Waitress was fantastic and attentative! The place was fairly clean… I would definitely go back!
Excellent burgers. Meal for two for $4. Delicious too. One hard working waitress really earned her tip!
