it was long since ive at this place and for good reasons. so far. I came here today because I believed steak and shake. I was greeted by the nicest person. korey. I don't know what his position is, but I know that, he's the right person to work as a hired person. He was so kind and every time he talked to me and my wife, we met each time with smiles. great job korey, you are great!
This place is way too slow. I’ve tried 3x at the drive thru with the same results. You’ll be waiting 2 min just to place the order then another 8-10m in line waiting for food. Each time there was only 1 car ahead of me. I’d hate to see how they operate when they’re actually busy.
food was cold. the banana shake is terrible it isn't a real banana shake at all it's a ton of artificial flavoring. one of the burgers had a strip and a half of bacon which is ridiculous. will definitely be sticking to five guys.
my three children were dipped for lunch. eating was delicious! the restaurant was very clean. the personal was nice. the franchise partner even came to our table to ask how everything was. we will definitely come back! Réservez une table maintenant
ordered a medium fry with my food and the container wasn't even half way filled. other than that they always have good food, just dont understand why they slack on that when everything else is pretty good.
The butter double steak combo was fresh, hot, and well proportioned. The shakes were fresh and just the right amount of frozen. It came on time and everything was perfect.
Stopped to buy some fries. They were good and hot. They could have been crispy a little more. Thank you for hot fries for a nice change.
