This location has rude employees as well as the manager. We sat in for 40 mins just to get up to the window ans had to sit and wait another 25 mins. I called inside to see if they were having technical difficulties or if I needed come in. The customer service I received was the worst and this is not the first bad experience I've had here so I decided to leave a review this time. Its unfortunate that this is the only location within 20 miles of my house. I eventually left with no food and hungry kids. My kids really wanted a milkshake that's the only reason in waited as long as I did. This location sucks!
Food was good, but not ready even though I pre-ordered. 3 of the 5 employees were not wearing their masks properly; not over the nose. A delivery driver that was picking up was not wearing a mask at all. Neither were two other customers that came in and chatted while waiting. Me and a gentleman in his mid-70s both noticed it.
This store’s food is always fresh. If you don’t mind waiting for food as you normally would wait for something to cook, then this is the place for you. It’s not typical fast food. It takes a little longer but the food is real ingredients, not greasy or loaded down with condiments. I enjoy it every time we go there.
While visiting a friend in Atlanta, I decided to try this place as a new place I've never had for a quick bite. Your food was a good tasting for a surprisingly good price. Customer service was comforting and their personalities were very friendly. Definitely you need a location in Philly.

Haven 't been to a Steak 'n shake in 25 years. A lot has changed since then. $4 menu and burgers and shakes are awesome. Wait is a little long but the food was good. This is my new favorite fast food restaurant.
The most unfriendly staff waited for a meal forever they act as if they would do you a favor to wait for it, and my bacon-lettuce-and-tomato had a quarter inch in bacon on it, that was it
My first visit I had the taco salad, it was so good could have gone a little easier on the dressing, but omg I wanted it again today
Server was friendly and service was fast. Chili spaghetti is good and not too greasy. Garlic Burger was good as well.

came on 2/18/22 about 6-7pm service was great, guy with a blue shirt was very friendly and the food was delicious
My milkshake was very thick and impossible to drink. It tastes good, but it took a spoon.
