I order the Hamburger Steak Dinner during lunchtime and get 2 pieces of Hamburger Steak. A fresh large baking potato, roll and salad. You will get a one tube of acid cream, 2 dresses of your choice, 1 butter and there steak sauce, which is really good. I asked for onions to go to my salad. Steak Out food I received was very good, hot and fresh. But more importantly, I would like to say that the driver was so polite, and professional, plus, he did not lose in my apartment as so many do and then my food ends cold. I’ve eaten from Steak Out for many years. Myself and other employees at the Birmingham Zoo ordered often through the years. This time I was hungry and found everything except the salad and roll over done.The potato was so overdone and dry I could not cut it. No amount of butter or sour cream could save it.The steak was dry and overdone. There is usually some juice within the aluminum foil with the steak, not present this time.The delivery was good and I did tip. Cash transaction.

Order was made thru DoorDash who was quick to deliver. Order cooked and made at steak out was the worse meal I?ve had in a long time. Order was incorrect and steak was tasteless and well done when medium rare was ordered. Potato was dried out and notprepared as ordered. When I called to get 4.00 refunded because of potatoe I was told by steakout that I would have to callDoorDash and complain. DoorDash did not ruin my supper. Steakout did. Never again

I ordered an early mothers day lunch for my parents. The staff who answered the phone was nice and understanding. I live in Ohio my parents in Alabama and I was able to surprise them with lunch. They both enjoyed their meal and stated it was fresh,hot and delicious. Thank you!
We?ve always had a good experience picking up food from here. Today was very different. Our order was very incorrect, food was barely warm wrapped in tin foil and my husband and I have both been ill since eating several hours ago with only one commonthing, our dinner.

I placed my order by phone and drove from Pelham AL to Homewood Al where I live to pickup my order. The service was great and the food was delicious. Great job. Keep up the good work. I will be back.
I ordered food from this restaurant over the phone and paid for it in advance. They said it would be delivered by 8:45, but it never arrived. I will not be ordering from there again.
