I went after 1 PM on a Saturday and found a parking spot close to the building. It may be up on a hill but you have to walk around to the side opposite the deck (you'll see it as you approach from the parking lot). You'll go upstairs once inside and find the entrance there. I was dining alone and was the only one eating inside the restaurant, all other patrons were on the deck. My server understood English and was very polite.
