Preferred the service over the phone than in the restaurant. Food itself was good, the service is what needs to be improved on as the staff looked overwhelmed with how busy the restaurant was. Once we were sat down it’s took a while for someone to approach us to ask whether we had ordered already? The member of staff who took our order seemed on edge and was focused on what was going around us than what we wanted to order. The table itself wasn’t laid out as there was no cutlery and no drinks menu so we were practically guessing. Moving forward, food arrived and it was actually lovely, tender and full of flavour so can’t really fault the food. Before we ready to leave, we ordered 2 milkshakes for takeaway which seemed to be taken an awful long time, we added another milkshake on top of that and had paid for it all. 10 mins or so after, senior staff member told us there was an issue with the mixture and that it was going to take a while, didn’t understand why they couldn’t of told us this before we had paid for it. The man was really apologetic and I just asked for a refund. Overall would work on the service as it needs a massive brush up. Don’t think I’ll go back again.
