Steeple Claydon Fish

Ordered a large cod and chips, that was fine a little greasy but fine, and a cheeseburger, I was asked if I’d like salad and mayo, I said yes please, and when I got home, there was one dollop of mayo in the burger and the “salad” consisted of lettuce and that was it, no cucumber or tomato, lettuce on its own is not salad.

Every time we visit family in the area we have to call in at this lovely fish chip bar and we have never been disappointed. The place is always very clean and presentable and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Many thanks once again for a delicious meal, we will certainly be back. We would give 6 if we could

Lovely fish and superb chips not often that can be said about fish and chip shops in my experience. Friendly staff and the food was freshly cooked which made it so much the better. Would highly recommend to anyone else.

Visiting from the North and dropped on this Fish Bar. Absolutely delicious thought you couldn’t compete with the North but I was wrong. Will be calling again next time I’m down.
