stefan's brotmanufaktur sounds as if you really get good baked. that's not like that. the personal comes with the cleaning of the tables hardly after, so it is not particularly clean. the drains at the cash register seem completely uncoordinated and then a stinky breakfast without much tamtam is also just super expensive. (apart from the small breakfast with a piece of baked, a coffee and a little jam) moreover it is not possible as a hot drink that you get to the breakfast to order a latte macchiato...this costs extra.
on Friday morning you will get a place even without reservation, but this is quite crowded what the service already holds in. Therefore, after ordering you have to wait a few times until the drinks (extra to pay, a manko!) come and much longer until the hot breakfast arrives - until then you are drinking with a lot of jam (both excellent). In total a pleasant experience, if there is also service and pricing still air up
atmosphere is excellent, you feel like home on the terrace or in the living room. service is friendly and endeavored. the brot is very varied and tastefully an absolute pleasure. I had the stefan’s breakfast and my guide had the forest and meadow. both was very good taste and the portions were sufficient. the cappuccino was also delicious. Sundays I would suggest a reservation. happy again
it is very regrettable that it is far from being fair to its name. manufaktur means producing with the hands (satisfaction)..Leider the last few paints nothing to mention neither on service, nor on food or drink quality positive....Very bad, would be a great location, a good idea only happerts regrettably at a steady lustlessness.

on Saturday morning the devil was already going, but we could get a place. the staff remained quiet and very friendly. you get to the theke and after order get the items delivered to the table, i.e. delicious self-baked bread, in-house paints, jams etc. the atmosphere is very cozy, the choice great. so the day can begin:)
to the brothmanufaktur, there is nothing to say, the dense of the guests speaks for themselves. best breakfast / brunch in innsbruck, but absolutely reserve. excellent brot and also the small lunches are recommended. priced but justified by the quality.
the visit to stefans is worth at any time. the atmosphere as well as the tasty selection of broth, cake and breakfast are simply a good mix. there is always something for every taste.The operation could sometimes be faster and more nice.
as much as I appreciate the quality, the staff often seems overwhelmed. even 4 customers (self-service, drinks are served) dissolved in the chassiser sweat beads. another manko are the beverage orders. you order a müsli

We found this open at 8am on a Sunday morning and enjoyed a great breakfast with excellent coffee, ham, cheese, jam and an apricot filled crossaint that transported us back to Sicily. A great start to the day.
