Wir hatten 3 Nächte im Deluxe Zimmer inklusive Halbpension gebucht. Nach 2018 war das unser 2. Aufenthalt im Steigenberger Grandhotel Heringsdorf. Das Zimmer war im 2. OG nach vorne ausgerichtet. Die Ausstattung und die Sauberkeit des Zimmers waren super. Zur Anreise standen 2 kostenlose Mineralwasser im Zimmer, die Minibar war nicht befüllt. Es stand ein Wasserkocher im Zimmer, hier konnte löslicher Kaffee und Tee aufgebrüht werden. Das Badezimmer hatte eine Badewanne, eine separate Dusche und das WC war abgetrennt. Der Wellnessbereich ist gut, hier haben wir nichts vermisst. Einen Innenpool zum Schwimmen gibt es nicht, dafür einen Außenpool, mit 29 Grad. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist spitze und...
It's a shame, we always enjoyed staying at the Steigenberger and felt very comfortable there. However, we are extremely disappointed with our last visit. The fact that the rooms are in need of renovation and the TV was a complete disaster is understandable. However, the fact that the rooms were not cleaned properly, lamps in the bathroom were broken and the fittings were calcified is more critical. However, we experienced the crowning glory at breakfast. Here we were allowed to join a long queue as paying guests of the hotel, while breakfast guests from outside the hotel marched past us and were brought to their reserved tables. Very good Steigenberger! It's not like we didn't pay for breakf...
My husband and I stayed at this great hotel 2 weeks ago. It's not the last time we've been there. Everything just fits. The rooms are so… great. The staff is super nice. Everyone always has a smile on their face, which is not always a given. The breakfast is simply amazing. There is everything your heart desires. So at some point we'll come back, then with our dog.
Super nice and perfectly located hotel right on the promenade. Very nice staff, nice wellness area. I was a guest in the house with my team for 4 days last weekend and would love to come back very soon! Thanks to the entire team at the hotel for the great long weekend as part of the “Baltic Lights” event.

Top service, staff very friendly and always helpful. You could spend hours eating breakfast, it was so good. You definitely have to take the time to use the wellness area.
Very nice hotel, ideally located, great spa area, good cuisine in the restaurants. Not everything cheap but worth the money.
Ich konnte ein Frühstück der Extraklasse geniessen. Dabei mangelte es an nichts. Sehr empfehlenswert.
Wir lieben es. Wir kommen jedes Jahr ins Steigenberger. Pure Erholung für die Seele
