What a sweet find! Great deals! This 3rd generation family run owned company makes the cookies for ITS IT ice cream treats. Our first time here left us with a wonderful impression from the ever so gracious Kris who helped us. They offer various take home to bake cookie doughs, cheese cakes, HUGE 8 inch baked cookies for $3 of course It 's It ice cream sandwiches in more flavors than I ever knew existed. We got the variety pack (12 ice cream cookie treats for $12), which included the yummiest looking chubby ice cream sandwiches I 've ever seen I make them myself from scratch. I found out that Stella's only ships during fundraisers, which I believe is a big oversight—they're missing out on a lot of potential customers. I even drove to Suisun last Wednesday, about 65 miles away, on my way to a work event in Calistoga, braving one of California's torrential rainstorms, only to arrive at their location after hours. That's how good Stella's popcorn is! I spoke with Jen at Stella's today, and my only option is to wait another 10 months in hopes that Toyon School will host another fundraiser. Alternatively, I could attempt another trip to Suisun City in the future, making sure I arrive before 5 PM. It really is that good!
Just disgusting cookies. Bought 2 boxes of frozen cookies( chocolate chip and white macadamia) from my son as a school fund raiser. These things were a travesty. Cookies are obviously not meant to be healthy but these cookies were LOADED with so much butter that 3 cookies would stop the heart of a cow. Mushy and grossly gooey when cooked at the prescribed time. When cooked longer the center was still gooey while the edges were dark brown and too crispy. Cannot say enough bad things about this abomination.. I will be telling my son's school to no longer sell these and a whole bunch of parents are doing the same. Stay away!!!!!
Walked in on a Saturday 11am, first timer. The young tall woman greeted me with a smile and asked what would I like to take home today. Very large selection of classic treats. She mention they are out of pumpkin and mint.. I thought there's more than enough choices to substitute. Took the full case of 24 and 2 bagels Dogs Came home and realized for all those treats is an awesome price wish I would of came home with an additional box to fill the freezer special this hot summer in Fairfield. Awful cookies. As someone who enjoys baking, I could tell right away that these contained shortening or hydrogenated oil. After checking the recipe, I confirmed my suspicion. They have a flavor reminiscent of rancid oil—simply disgusting. We purchased about six different flavors to support our neighbor, but they all tasted the same: like cheap, stale oil. It honestly upset our stomachs. The quality is very low.
I've been in fundraising for over 10 years. My dad over 28. I've never had a cookie in fundraising that tasted this good. This is coming from someone who has NEVER even sold them. So they're legit if you're thinking about selling them for your group. Don't believe the haters.
