I came to this basic slot place near my home, as I walk-in as a guest, the host is either sitting down not paying attention to who is coming in and out of the store always glued themselves to their videogame device, no beverage offer. I sat down at the machine, the machine is dirty, not whipped down at all. I asked the host for a Pepsi and they offered me a pizza, I said sure. When I get this pizza, the cheese is totally burnt, crust is too hard. I just felt disgusted at this point. I got up and stated to the host, is that how you serve your pizza to your guest? I have been going to Stellas for a few months now and wanted to say I’ve had the best customer relation experience every time I go there especially last night. These two workers made sure they went out of their way to show their hospitality towards us. Always in a good mood and cracking jokes. During the time we are in now it’s hard to find workers that appreciate you as a customer and they do.
