Hola Amigos today I recommend the restaurant Stellwerk in Rüdesheim am Rhein. The family-run tapasbar is a small inner tip. A piece of Spain in the middle of the Rheingau. Fantastic food and the best Spanish food I've ever eaten. Very nice and accommodating, consisting of a small family. I recommend and is an absolute must here in Rüdesheim.
