The ratings were mostly very good, so I decided to give a try to the Stephan Stuben. I was expecting the normal good german restaurant with his traditional interieur and a tasty and boring boring local food offer. Location is not from the best, but the...exercise is located in a renovated traditional house. Entering, I was immediately taken in custody by a nice, young, smiling waitress. Being early, only another couple in the restaurant. First surprise: the ambient was very cared, clean, with a feeling of cared elegance I didn 't experience in Germany before. we are here several times and have never been disappointed. although the place leaves a little to wish as soon as it enters the entire environment, changes. the decor is a little dated, but the service is friendly and comprehensible. eating is not her typical German kitchen. it has been refined and beautifully presented. the timing of serviettes was also perfect. I think there's nothing worse when I make a nice dinner and your eating quickly took away from all the experience. the timing between each court gave just enough time for talks and a little digestion. the server were also very discreet and have not interrupted when they talk. only a perfect culinary experience.
