I've been here for more than half of my life. Joe taught me how to cook roast, and Steve naturally filled his shoes. The best meat cuts everywhere. My personal favorite is her chicken cut, frozen cooler packed and perfectly beautiful!

Amazing product. The fillet mignon for Christmas was cut perfectly for Beef Wellington, and these guys have cut it exactly as I wanted. Sure, pricier this supermarket, but the quality is always so far superior, it is worth it.

The marinated Rock Steak is absolutely amazing, but just wish it wasn't $30 a pound! But unfortunately the chicken salad was not so good. But I'm sure I'm gonna keep coming here Only for the Rock Steak
