Stopped on our way home from Moab also stayed at the Fairfield for the night. Its our forth time here and everything is great. Food, drinks, and service. Though one thing that has always stuck in my craw. Could be petty, but to me, who worked for years in the restaurant industry, you never hand the check to someone that already has the tip options predetermined (especially using a handheld payment device (even if there is an option for a custom tip). The craw part is, You never calculate your predetermined tips by using a percentage that includes the tax. You should never suggest the tip to the customer, and certainly not suggest tipping on the tax portion as well. Most people, restaurant ow...

Jerye was so kind and offered us excellent service, this Thanksgiving. She made sure we had all the refills we needed and that we were able to get a photo with all of the family. The food overall was fantastic. The turkey was just a touch dry, and the stuffing was not great. The green bean casserole and the mashed potatoes were both excellent. The pie crusts were well made. My only regret is that I grabbed a piece of berry rhubarb thinking it was just berry. Overall we were very grateful to be here this Thanksgiving. Thank you, kindly for your time and efforts!

We ordered the medium rare plus rib eye with mashed potatoes and gravy. The meat was cooked perfectly and had excellent flavor. It came with a salad but the dressing on the salad seemed a bit watered down and the proportion size of the salad was small. I loved that they used local Redmond Real salt on the tables, that 's my favorite salt. Our waitress was friendly and attentative. I loved the western themed atmosphere. We had some scrumptious apple pie pastries from Kate 's next door for dessert.

Sadly they can't seem to cook a steak right the last 2 times we have been. Medium on a fillet has been super under cooked the charred. Food is still really good. Friendly staff. Everything was delicious. Their peach berry cobbler was the best cobbler I've ever had. Réservez une table maintenant

Got the ground steak because it sounded hilarious. They even asked me how well I wanted it to be done which was even funnier. The food my friend got looked good but for the sake of culinary sanctity please skip the ground steak

Prime Rib was good. Asparagus was half under cooked and half soggy. None had no flavor but water/wet. The service was great. It was early evening and not busy. Overall, it was a good experience.

Stopped at Steve's on a road trip recently and we couldn't have been happier! The food was fabulous (especially the desserts but I must say the service was INCREDIBLE! Y'all made our day :

Breakfast: Definitely a great place to eat! Food is made with guest in mind and as if they were cooking for family or friends. Staff is great! The steak and eggs is was awesome! Réservez une table maintenant
