I’m torn. I was there for dinner on Saturday, and we had a great experience (food, service, drinks, etc. other than the live music was WAY TOO LOUD and got in the way of having a conversation the table. I was there again on Sunday with a different party, and thankfully there wasn’t any live music, but… our steaks came out cold, so our friends had their pasta while we were munching on the truffle fries waiting for our steaks to be redone properly. The manager comped us with a round of drinks, which I appreciated as a nice gesture, but that takes me to talk about the Old Fashioned. All three rounds of Old Fashioned were brought out without the luxardo cherries, one without even the orange twis...
This is our second time here and unfortunately it does not change my first impression. The waiting time with reservation was absurd and long when many tables were available. We all had three different types of steak cuts and neither one of them was worth five stars or the price. Flavor was plain simple, sides were cold we had to return one and by the time they brought it back we all had finished eating, that was money wasted. I have been to many steak restaurants and this is definitely not worth the price.
The drinks were great, but we had the same meal at STK San Diego a month ago and the steak was cooked much better. In San Diego, Tomahawk was charred and seasoned perfectly, wagyu tallow butter was flammed at the table In Orlando, steak was cooked to temp, but lacked any char and hardly any flavor. Butter was melted prior to arrival without presentation. Everything in Orlando was great aside from the steak and steak presentation
We are locals and rec super excited to try this restaurant unfortunately, the bread came out and it was pretty dry. It didn’t taste fresh at all. Then we ordered calamari that definitely wasn’t fresh. It was really chewy. The steaks were pretty good, but not for the amount of money that you pay, probably wouldn’t come back just because the food doesn’t match the amount of money

We went for happy hour and I found that the prices were very reasonable from the drinks to the appetizers they even had a dinner option on the happy hour menu our waiter was great except for I didn't like the fact that they gave me my espresso Martini in a glass instead of a martini glass which I thought was odd but other than that we had a good time
Had reservations for weeks. Checked in early. They sat us in the routy bar section. Had $800 bill (4 people) and had to deal with the loud obnoxious bar patrons. Food and service was amazing. Just wish they sat us in the dining room section after asking for dining room.
Normally STK is a staple and go to for me. The environment was on pair but the food was not! Steak was over done and not hot, sides were ok…best part of the meal was the duck slider.
the prices were upset, felt like you were not a restaurant in a disco! would not recommend this restaurant! go over the way to a piece pizza at Enzo’s!

Booked in advance still seated late my meal came before my first drink, nice steak but really expensive service was slow to non existent
The fillet was wonderful and it was 19.99 at lunch. What a great deal and great food. Our server was outstanding.
