My husband and I visited Stoney River for our anniversary dinner this past weekend. The steaks were really bad. I ordered a medium petite filet and my husband ordered a medium coffee cured filet. After a 25 minute wait for our food, we received two well done steaks. Their second try was not much better. My husbands steak was still over cooked, and my steak had a huge piece of gristle through the middle making half the steak inedible. At this point, we were just over it, but our server offered us a piece of chocolate cake for our anniversary. The cake was just like the rest of our meal, terrible. It was cold (like straight out of the fridge. I have had better cake from the Kroger bakery.
Visited this location with family in town. First, plenty of parking and we had a reservation but it's not required. It was pretty busy at 7:30 on a Friday. After ordering wine and margaritas, we were served biscuits that tasted like donuts served with a honey butter amazing and gone in a flash! For our food, the portions were large including the side salads. The pork chop, steak salad, 7 oz petite filet and Tuscan chicken were all very good and we would order it all again. Our server, Brady, was nice and knew the menu. We did wait a bit between the salad and entrees but we still had a great time catching up while we waited. Overall, it was a great dinner and I'd visit again.
On 7/14 at 2:30-3:45PM first time at this restaurant I would have to give this review a 1 based off the customer service. I spent a good amount of money and the bar tender only had 4 guest had her back faced towards us multiple times and as we try to flag her down, her colleagues in the kitchen area had to get her attention after multiple attempts trying to get her to come by. She consistently checked on the other guests but failed to follow up at all with me and my 1 party. I will be contacting above because I drove and spent money at this establishment and am highly disappointed.
Once again OVER THE TOP TREATMENT!!! We were here for our anniversary dinner and chose to celebrate the weekend of due to me working and we came here again! We have been here before for our anniversary and this year they celebrated with us by presenting a card signed by on duty staff and complimentary glass of white wine (can't remember name now yet was DEELISH)! We always eat here when on this end and have nothing short of hoots and hollers for this restaurant! We will be back, again, thank you for celebrating with us and making our day even more special! The food is excellent but the price is just absolutely ridiculous. I mean it honestly doesn 't taste any better than Logans, Outback, Longhorn. All of which are more reasonably priced. They are simply charging more for the same quality to give the façade of being high class . 2 people dining costs about $80-100. We shared a steak plate and got 2 separate sides (that cost around $10 a piece). This place should be max $50-60 for 2. Anything more is just charging extra
