our experience was beautiful until my pasta was underused. I returned it and the chef decided to punish me by not sending a new teller in a reasonable time. nearly 30 minutes later my new pasta was brought out by a runner and served the next table. I did not notice until our waitress went to the next table and took the plate away and served me! I can't stand it. this is not typical of storico, I never had such a experience after likely to visit 40. Of course, I didn't want my neighbours to eat and send them away. the meal I had waited for 25 minutes was restored and served in two minutes. once again, who knows where the sign was! this place has gone from bad to bad! first, eating is just fair, the service is terrible, and the sound is like a rock concert. the restaurant is overcrowded and everyone is crushed. I was wondering if it was a threat. it used to have better eating and charm for a neighboring restaurant. it seems that quality is not as important as many people they can get in a small space. we've eaten here a lot, but now we wouldn't go back. it's too much for us on the hill.
