In the end, Gavin informed us that our total was $16.30 but didn’t even turn the iPad around for a tip option, which made me think he knew he didn’t deserve one. My 8-year-old tried to be friendly and engage with Gavin, but he brushed him off, which was disappointing, especially since this was one of the few times my son had been to an actual ice cream shop and I had expected a more positive experience. Regardless of how busy the place was, good customer service is what keeps customers coming back. Other staff members who were also busy seemed much friendlier, but Gavin’s demeanor was so unwelcoming that we won't be returning. If I wanted to feel like an inconvenience and be rushed through...
I had heard great things about this place and their famous carrot cake, so I decided to stop by for a birthday treat. Although I didn’t get a piece of the cake itself, I opted for their carrot cake milkshake. They blend in a piece of their carrot cake, which made it taste incredible. Topped with whipped cream and a cherry, it was a delightful experience. The only thing I would have loved is a small slice of carrot cake on top for that final flavor burst and presentation. Overall, I was very impressed and definitely plan to return for an actual slice!
We had the pleasure of meeting a lovely lady we decided to call Daisy. She was so friendly and even guided us to a spot where we could find some fantastic ice cream just behind us. We sampled a variety of flavors: Butter Pecan, which was smooth and buttery; Rocky Road, rich in chocolate; Coconut, creamy without being too strong; and Carrot Cake, made with house-made cake – and that one was definitely the standout winner. Overall, Daisy did not let us down; we enjoyed some truly delightful treats.
Mint chocolate chip was flavorless. Malt was tasty, but very liquidy. No prices for the fudge listed. Could not determine what flavors of ice cream were available, because there was no sign. Only the labels on the ice cream itself, and they were blockedfrom view by the line of people. It was our turn to order when we were halfway through the line, thus we could not see half theflavors and had to make an on the spot choice. Bad experience, unfortunately. The homemade ice cream and desserts here are absolutely delicious! My personal favorite is the carrot cake ice cream, but I’m sure all the flavors are just as scrumptious. It’s a fantastic spot to bring your family, and the prices are quite reasonable. The staff is always friendly and very helpful in assisting you with your choices.
After seeing it as we passed it a few weeks ago I thought we'd give it a try. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Various selections of hand made ice cream , with a variety of ways to mix and match. Sundaes, shakes, floats, and my favorite bananasplit. It was delicious! I'll be back.
This place offers some of the best ice cream I've ever tasted, but their carrot cake is truly the star of the show—it's the best I've ever had! If you enjoy carrot cake, you absolutely have to try their homemade version. They even use it to create their delicious carrot cake ice cream.
I honestly stood there for five minutes trying to decide which flavor to choose. I ultimately went with the classic carrot cake ice cream, which they're famous for, served in a homemade waffle cone. I do not regret my decision at all—it's so good! Réservez une table maintenant
