Wir waren innerhalb kurzer Zeit nun 2 x dort Essen. Die Küchenleistung ist solide und lädt zur Wiederholung ein. Leider tut sich der Service schwer, auch bei relativ leerem Restaurant an Regentagen seine Bestellungen abzuwickeln - und dies ohne jegliche Sonderwünsche. Da hilft die nett-lockere Art leider wenig. Bei einigen Gerichten wäre eine Konsultation der Originalrezepte von Vorteil: auf ein Carpaccio gehören weder Pilze noch Parmesanspäne und die Tomaten werden bei einer Bruschetta auch nicht mit Balsamico mariniert! Dafür sind jedoch die Bratkartoffeln sehr lecker. Warum also nicht bei seinen Leisten bleiben?Insgesamt durchwachsen.
beautiful location, near the beach, attentive service. some vegetarian and vegan options are available. Despite the information boards about the plastic pollution of our sea environment, neither beach piracy nor other restaurants on amrum are concerned to give up plastic straws. the reduction of individual use...plastic is a new EU directive. plastic straws are placed in any drink. after short use they are blown through the wind on the sand and become part of the environment. time to change this practice!
had a nice table for four at the window, although we were two. good selection of drinks. there was a lot of choice on the menu. Eat took his time to come, but it was very pleasant. the restaurant was very busy. I had. the cacapitian who was a mixed grill. Very good. pork was a little chewing. bratkartoffel excellent. beautiful choice of desserts. all in all not too expensive. the staff was very friendly.
Wir waren am 01.08.2017 im Strandpiraten zum Essen. Die Lage und Location kann Service und Essen leider nicht gerecht werden. Wir mussten 1 1/2 auf unser Essen warten. Zusätzlich musste ich noch über eine halbe Stunde alleine auf mein Gericht warten, weil der Flammkuchen angeblich verbrannt gewesen sei. Als dieser endlich kam, konnte von einer Entschuldigung, gar einer Vergütung nicht die Rede sein.
