The owner is 75...her name is Julie and she has been at this location for 32 years. I agree that it is run down and old, but IMO that falls to the landlord. Shame on them for allowing the place to age and never be updated. The bagels are fresh and fantastic. I will be taking 3 dozen with me to N.H. just so people can experience the deliciousness!!
