Customer service was bad, rude employee. When placing our order the girl was rude. My teenage daughters went to wash their hands and the same employee went in the bathroom and asked one of my daughters what they were doing well one was using the toilet andthe other one was waiting for her sister to get out the employee asked if they were messing around, obviously they were not mydaughters were upset. The pizza was ok not what I was expecting and cold. There was a cockroach trap in the restroom floor,disgusting. Just with my experience with such bad customer service I will not return or order from here. I don't reccomend thisplace.
I usually order pizza and wings from Straw Hat Pizza. This time, I ordered 12 wings, but they arrived burnt and smaller than usual—normally, they’re a good size and perfectly cooked. I returned the first batch, and the staff was very polite and quickly made me a new order, but the wings still came out slightly burnt and smaller than expected. The customer service is great, but I’m disappointed with the wings.
Straw Hat Pizza is a great place to enjoy delicious pizza and fresh salad. They serve their beer perfectly chilled, and the pizza tastes amazing. You can watch a variety of sports on TV, from football to baseball. The prices are fair, and the staff is welcoming. It’s an excellent spot for family gatherings and one of my favorite places for both lunch and dinner.
I tried the pizza and wings at this restaurant. The wings were quite fatty and lacked substantial meat, and they weren't very flavorful either. The pizza was somewhat better; it was decent but nothing special. It was a bit on the dry side, and the toppings didn't taste very fresh. Overall, it's not bad, but it's not great either—just fairly average.

Delicious pizza and welcoming staff. It's disappointing that the salad bar closes an hour before the restaurant does. I also wish they offered actual video games instead of just claw machines.
Handmade dough and fast friendly service. Straw Hat Pizza has been for many years, but the locations are few and far in between. If you didn't have a Straw, you don't know what you missed.

The buffet is decent, but you need to order at least two pizzas at a time. Is there someone named Cuz waiting for their pizza?
