"It is quite difficult to get decent vegetarian or vegan food in northern Germany. When my wife and I had dinner here, my dish was very good and quite unusual (Chicory in orange sauce) her dish turned out to be a pretty average chili sin carne with a slight hint at konveniece products. We expected a little more from a restaurant in a 4-star hotel."

Loved this place. What a great view across the Weser estuary and the sea! It's on the first floor of an amazing futuristic Hotel in the shape a sail which is appropriate because the veggie Food will blöw you away! The seperate veggie menu is extremely good and everything is fresh. I can, however, recommending also looking at the main menu, beacause they also have adorable veggie soups, and some of the vegetables (for example mashed pea and potatoes) are adorable and the clever staff are glad to combine them with other veggie items from the menu. One of the best veggie meals I've ever had in a Hotel (which also has a very welcoming terrace, again with good sea views). Try the Shorle "Spritzer fruit juices combined with sparlinkg water) delicious! Very nice location with fantastic views over the water, all staff was very friendly and accommodating and the vegetarian multi-course found on the map problems are spent in a vegan that deserves a 4-star restaurant and was very tasty. At breakfast Almost all meals on the buffet, whether they are vegan, waste different rolls and bread. And of course there were also oat milk. Very nice location with a fantastic view over the water, the entire staff was very friendly and accommodating and the vegetarian multi-course menu on the menu could easily be converted into a vegan that was suitable for a 4-star restaurant and was very delicious. We went to this place in the afternoon, hoping to find some vegan snacks. The waiter told us that while they have a vegetarian menu with vegan options, this is just the dinner menu that is not available before 6:00, unfortunately. He didn't offer any other vegan items. I'm sorry to give such a low star rating as the waiter was polite and I'm sure the food is good when you show up at the right time!
