The bar is kind of run down dingy. The manager had to wear all the hats, bartender, bar back, bar maid,cook...Only deep fried food available yesterday. The only highlight of the day was when the night bar ladies came in, they both had their poop in a group and served quick and friendly. If you shoot pool, don't expect much servicewise, as you well know, most pool players are cheap don't tip much. Asked about the 7 pool tables, manager said they are all the same, ha,ha,ha. They are dirty, overplayed, bad cloth, no good chalk(Only 2 good pieces for7 tables),rails are dead and thunky, some are loose, the balls are old, dirty have cracks. My husband frequents this bar weekly/bi weekly with his fellow pool playing team mates and rival teams. He would get food every now and again, a burger, bacon wrap, some fries or whatever and been doing this for years when we visited here.However one night in particular a few months ago him and most of his team who decided to eat/order food here were all sick the next day/morning. My husband claimed the food tasted fine (average bar food ya know? and came home, showered, went to bed and woke up probably 3-4 hours later and was very violently ill, and was so sick the entire day that I almost took him to the hospital because he was so dehydrated and nothing would stay down. The owners show little regard for their customers. I play pool at Stryker's twice a week as part of a league, and it was so hot and uncomfortable during our visit that many of us left early. It's disappointing that the owners do not appreciate the pool leagues and the revenue we bring to the bar. I feel sorry for the wait staff; they do a great job but have to endure listening to all the complaints because of the owners' unwillingness to invest in their establishment.

If you are looking for a bite to eat and pint, this is a really solid bar and grill! The food isn't fancy by any means but it is good! Typical domestic beers on tap and decent assortment of liquor. Keep your drink orders simple. (Jack&coke, gin&tonic, beer, etc. If you are not fussy, this is the place for you! Parking: Ample parking behind the building.
Stopped in for a drink and some appetitzers. It was hot in there. Feel like they should have had the heat lowered or a/c on. So it was uncomfortable. Service was okay. Food alright. Drinks were okay. The atmosphere is old and dingy. Looks like they had a pool tourney going on when we went in.
Fantastic restaurant! The staff is incredibly friendly. I've sampled almost all their dishes, and everything I've tried has been delicious.
Best staff of any similar establishment around!!!!Should erect bronze statutes of these Ladys!!
