This hotel is under new management for the second winter. There is the main restaurant where we ate and an adjacent very traditional building serving fondues in two sittings at 6pm & 8pm.The main restaurant is excellent, bright modern and well lit. The staff provide excellent friendly service and the menu offers a broad choice. The quality of the cooking is very high and very well presented. The chef visits the tables to talk with customers to get feedback. The restaurant has a real buzz and prices are reasonable by Swiss standards!Six of us dined there recently and we were all impressed with the experience
Ich war zum Abendessen in dem dazugehoerigen A la carte- Restaurant "italiano" mit meinem Freunden und Kollegen verabredet.Das Restaurant schien ein wenig leer, was ich sehr schade fand, aber spaeter gesellten sich noch einige Tische hinzu:)Wir waren groesstenteils super zufrieden! Das Tartar war super abgeschmeckt, die Maiscremesuppe, die gebunden war, war ein wenig zu waessrig und die Pastaportionen waren schon fuer diesen Preis zu klein geraten, was ich sehr schade fand!!!Musik gab es keine, somit war es sehr ruhig, wir waren ja die Einzigen im Restaurant:(Ansonsten war die Bedienung sehr freundlich:)

We stayed ofer new year in Klosters (Apartment) and visit the stübli Restaurant in the Parkhotel Silvretta. 4 Adults 3 children and it was exellent. I m vegetarian and in 1 of 10 Restaurants you can find something and this was the 1. Couscous for starter and fresh mussels, wow. My husband tryed the alpenburger and he sad he never eat a burger like this, and he tryed a lot trust me. We come back next year. Regards to the kitchen.Ps: The waiters was very friendly.

They made an excellent effort too handle the different orders of our family of ten , but two people received meals they did not order. It may have been a language problem. We tried to accept the mistaken orders , but they were much too...rare ..so they were sent back and they did recook them..........How ever we never did receive the original orders......I ordered the fish of the day which was local bass and it was excellent!
Wir sind wieder Essen gewesen und letztes mal 2009 gewesen, damals war das Essen Top und Service auch (ich denke war Herr Wichert Küchenchef) diesmal war wieder alles Klasse. Leider haben wir nicht der Küchenchef kennengelernt. Wir kommen gerne im Sommer zurück. Das Haus kann man immer weiter Empfehlen.LG
Place with a typical Swiss variety of food, excellent quality and ambiance. Their traditional barley soup is one of the best in town. Beware of a meat raklette, as it is served for two persons, tastes great but portions are huge ))

köstliche Küche -international, aber auch viele schweizer Spezialitäten. Köstliche, selbstgebackene Kuchenauswahl. Leckere Dessertauswahl, sehr gute Weinkarte.
Das Lokal ist schön eingerichtet und das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam. Die Toiletten sind sauber. Einfach empfehlenswert.
