When our appetizer, the mozzarella triangles, arrived, the marinara sauce was still cold from the refrigerator. Then my burger came out with lukewarm French fries, and the burger bun was cold as well. I mentioned this to the waitress, and instead of offering an apology, she told me that I shouldn’t eat there if I was going to complain since I had been unhappy since I arrived and that they were very busy that day. I told her that no matter how busy they were, customer service should remain consistent. She was incredibly disrespectful, and her customer service was truly lacking. I will never return to this place.
