While the delay didn't bother me too much, the fact that there were no earlier showings that day indicated that the mess was leftover from the previous night's screenings. The staff only removed some of the trash and leftover food but didn’t genuinely clean the theater. The chairs and cup holders were filthy, and the tables intended for food had not been wiped down in what seemed like ages. The sticky floors made me uneasy throughout the movie, as I worried about the possibility of that mouse returning or catching some kind of illness from the unkempt environment. They service is as horrible as the young girl IN THE T SHIRT Logo WITH Braids server I am not sure if she was feeling her self her services is below ghetto motive. I ordered water two bottle of FIJI WATER NACHOS came and it was cold 30 minutes into the movie Little Marmaid she as the worse customer services and the straw without it being covered WAS NASTY. THEY NEED TO TRAIN THEIR STAFF HORRIBLE SERVICE AND ATTITUDE I got so disgusted I rather not stay it was a total turn OFF My light as been on for 26 minutes. Horrible service. Beware this movie theater has no heat! You will freeze the entire movie ….even if bundled up! Also, the escalators are broke, the movie we saw did not start on time. Someone had to get up and go outside and tell them to start the movie. My husband and I was going to turn this into a movie day and see maybe 3 movies but the theater was so cold we couldn’t take it and left after 1 movie. When you hit the call bell for service it always seems like you’re bothering them. They automatically charge you tips with your meal… even if the service is lacking. Poor experience so far. Ordered a small soda but got a huge soda. Asked server if I could get a lid which he said they didn't have lids for huge soda. After seeing another server bringing smaller soda to other movie goers,than got it changed to a small plus a lid. I also noticed a $1.00 charge on my bank statement after paying a standard charge for everyone though I asked for a senior discount. Server asked me to sign for my order he never came back to get his receipts so when I left I gave it to someone whom may have been the manager. Movie clean,staff courteous. I attended an 8 PM movie, and I enjoyed it! However, the theater experience was less than ideal due to the sticky floors. You really can't tell what you're walking on as you make your way to your seat. On a positive note, I appreciate that they offer multiple showtimes for each film, and there's free parking available in a nearby lot. If I decide to return, I'll definitely bring some Lysol wipes to clean my seat, and I won't be dining there — it's best to eat beforehand and just enjoy the movie.

To make matters worse, they automatically added a tip to our bill despite the poor service and the fact that I didn’t receive any food. They definitely need to reassess that policy. I would advise against booking a 9:00, 9:30, or 10:00 PM movie if you’re expecting to eat—you’ll be disappointed. It was a Thursday night, and there were only about 8 to 12 people in the theater. I won’t be returning here again.

I hate having to write this review because the food is actually good. The problem is this is the nastiest theater I’ve ever gone to. The floors are very sticky, you’ll find trash all over the place and sadly they have a mouse issue. The last time I went there I kid you not, there was mice running in the movie theater while we were watching the movie.

Love the idea of this theater BUT, the hallway is too dark and the floors are sticky. The server could not even tell when the floors have been cleaned. Every time anyone walks by it sounds like they are stepping on bubble wrap. Makes me wonder how clean the kitchen is. Please clean it up. Réservez une table maintenant

Food was acceptable, although half the items on the menu were sold out, service was poor, random tables are missing buzzers for 2+ seats at a time. Bathroom may need an inspection from Delaware county. Lights didn't work and soap was congealed in a cup for patrons to use.

The place is a disgrace. The floors are sooo sticky. Miles the manager and his crew stated it was the cleaning solution. Please don’t insult my intellect like that. You must do better. If you stand for nothing you’ll fall for anything. Just plain nasty!!!!!
