I placed an order over the phone for 7lb of the brisket. The lady on the phone assured me that what she was ordering was that. What came in the end was 7 pounds of smoked pork. And for God's sake I paid a tip for a take out order and they still did it wrong to me. I paid $80 practically for a ham.

The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the food is absolutely delicious! My personal favorite is the oxtail served on Thursdays. If you're planning to go for lunch, try to arrive before 12 or after 1:30, as it gets really busy during the lunch hour.

Denied service because they are cleaning...at 5 pm...the lack of management is obvious...such a bad and stupid answer to a client is not acceptable

This place serves some of the best Cuban food I've ever had. I highly recommend trying the Rabo Encendido, especially on Thursdays!
