Wonderful friendly shop with lots of options. Had a turkey, avocado and bacon and it was perfectly balanced. Way fresher than the big chain. Lots of meat and perfectly crunchy bacon in some of the creamiest of avocado. Veggies were not overpowering and the bread was fresh and quite tasty. Feeling sick and was looking for a place for some soup. Came across sub king. Surprised by the pricing of the sandwiches and other items on the menu, I decided to come in. I ordered the soup of the day, chicken noodle, and it was delicious. Also powdered a breakfast burrito. The burrito was $5 and was good, not the best, but good. I recommend this place if you are hungry and don't want to break your bank. Will be back to try their subs.

This place defines everything I love about a small business. Not only is it great, quick food, but also even better service and value. I have been going here since I was a young child and who I assume to be the owner has had my order memorized ever since. Plus, they’re a true model of consistency as their sandwiches are always great. One of the true hidden treasures of Long Beach, we love you Sub King!

A delicious breakfast burrito for under $5?! And this is no tiny burrito. Based on the price I almost ordered 2. I have included a picture of my hand next to my burrito for comparison. I wish I lived closer so I could eat here more often. This is a small, Asian-owned business that definitely deserves to be supported.

Great little place. Outside looks in assuming but this is such a great sandwich shop. All the cold sandwich they make are fresh and made to order. Subway is dead to me. This is the sandwich you want.

I have been back to this location multiple times. My favorites are the Reuben and Philly Cheese Steak. Prices are very competitive for the portions.
