I visited Sublime for the first time recently and immediately felt the care and passion in every bite. If you’re really hungry like I usually am, I highly recommend the breakfast special with steak (they offer other meats too), eggs, beans, crema, cheese, and maduros. I also tried the tostadas with beans and cheese—their thin, flaky crunch is absolutely incredible. Pair your meal with a hibiscus drink or horchata, and you’ll definitely feel you got your money’s worth and more. This is true comfort food.

I recently visited Sublime and absolutely loved their food and drink selections! The service was excellent, and I really appreciated the warm and welcoming atmosphere when I walked in. I will definitely be returning. I highly recommend trying their Breakfast Deluxe, and for dessert, don’t miss the Receta Rellenitos!
