Absolutely terrible customer service. The manager was incredibly rude to me. I usually order through Postmates without any issues. I know that some items might not be available, which is beyond the restaurant's control, but I always include special instructions. I've never had a problem until now. I called to check on my order and found out it had been made incorrectly. Instead of simply correcting the mistake, the manager was extremely rude and told me to just cancel my order. If I could give a zero rating, I definitely would. If I owned this establishment, I would fire anyone who treats customers this poorly. I love Subway, but I will not be returning to this location.
I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered a foot-long chicken bacon sandwich, but what I received was a very small portion of chicken that was overly sweet. They didn’t even include the bacon! When I approached the staff to address my concerns, the manager was indifferent and dismissive, insisting that the sandwich had chicken in it. When I asked about the missing bacon, he glared at the sandwich but didn’t apologize. The order was completely wrong, the food was mediocre, and the customer service was a nightmare. I would not recommend this location. If you're looking for a Subway in La Crescenta, go to 2035 N Verdugo Blvd in Montrose instead.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The manager was so Rude to me. I ordered from postmates as I always do. I understand some selections may not be on there which is out of the stores control. However, you can add in special instructions like i always do. Never had a problem but I called to make sure my order was made correctly and they had already made it incorrectly and instead of simply fixing it he was so rude and told me to just cancel my order. If I could give a zero I would. If I owned the store I would fire someone who treats customers so poorly. I really like subway but I won't be going back to this store.
I frequently visit this Subway during my lunch break at work. The service is consistently friendly, and the staff clearly takes pride in their work. The food is always fresh, and I've never had a negative experience. The lemonade and iced tea are always fresh and plentiful, which I really appreciate. I also value the healthier options available instead of just sodas. My favorite is the turkey on Italian herbs and cheese—it's absolutely delicious! Réservez une table maintenant
I visit this Subway often on my luch break at work. The service is always friendly and the workers definitely take pride in their job. The food is always fresh and have never had a poor experience. The lemonade and iced tea are also always filled and fresh as well. I appreciate the healthier options offered as opposed to the sodas. My go to is the turkey on Italian herbs and cheese. Absolutely delicious.
Excellent service! The staff is incredibly polite. I visited two days ago, and the quality of the food was impressive. The customer service is outstanding; they do their best to assist you. I observed that the employees were very kind and patient, even with rude customers. The establishment is spotless and meticulously maintained; you can tell that just by entering. I highly recommend this place!
