Subway - Réservation de table

My mom and I decided to grab a quick lunch after shopping, and it had been a few years since either of us visited a Subway. We ended up feeling disappointed. The sandwiches were tasty—she had a cheesesteak, and I opted for a meatball sandwich. However, while the staff were friendly, they struggled with English, which made ordering a bit challenging since we had to repeat our requests multiple times. The bread was extremely thin, the meatballs were noticeably smaller than before, and her cheesesteak didn't contain much steak at all. Like many places, prices have gone up, and we felt it wasn't worth the money we spent. We won’t be returning, unfortunately. Overall, it was a subpar experience.

Google indicates that they close at 9 PM. I arrived at 8:44 PM, and when I saw they were still open, I went inside. However, the staff member informed me that they were closed. I pointed out that their posted hours state they close at 9 PM, but she mentioned they actually close 15 minutes early. If that’s the case, their hours should reflect a closing time of 8:45 PM. It’s frustrating for customers to drive there only to be turned away during the stated business hours. This seems unnecessary and gives the impression that they want to cut their shifts short.

The worst subway ever!! They don’t accept any of the coupons, but will take online orders. I ordered online while in the store and told them what I wanted, paid online and then the lady was giving me attitude as to why I had told her what I wanted on the sandwich if I was paying online. Why does that matter I still paid and I didn’t order anything extra on the sandwich?! Never go to this location.

This is the worst experience I have had at Subway. The sandwich was made poorly as the roll was breaking as it was made. RIA was also no help as I told her the pay machine wasn't working as it kept adding a $1.75 tip. She said she can't do anything about it. What a nice scam.

The sign suggests that they may not accept certain items near the cash register. When I attempted to use them, they claimed they don't actually accept them. As a result, I ended up paying twice for my meal. Their lack of clear communication is misleading and unacceptable!

The absolute worst experience ever at subway. If i could give no stars, I would. Save your money and eat somewhere else. Beyond disappointed with the product along with careless customer service.
