I want to make the following complaint against a server. 1. She asked me what I was doing at the time of my lining up and waiting for her at counter for a while; it sounded she suspected me of something. But, it was tolerable and instantly ignored by me. 2. I turned in a coupon asking if it was accepted or not. She repeatedly said she could not understand my language, impolitely shoving the coupon to me. Even though the next client helped me to understand her, she did not explain about the coupon. FYI, I was working for a firm to meet various clients for last twenty years. 3. Instead of me, she served the next client regardless of a commercial consensus, first come, first serve. Even she did...

During my last visit to this particular subway restaurant, I had an unsettling experience. The woman who was serving my food was wearing gloves, but shockingly, she continued to make my sandwich without changing them, even after she complained and asked for my money back! When I asked for an explanation, she had the audacity to question why I was upset. After I laid out my concerns, the staff seemed incredulous about what had happened. The following week, I received a call from the owner, who surprisingly laid the blame for the entire situation on me. Apparently, the employee even contacted him about the incident!

The last time I went to this Subway, the woman who attended to me sneezed into her gloves and, without missing a beat or changing them, continued to make my sandwich! When I expressed my concerns and asked for a refund, she had the nerve to question why I was upset! I reached out to corporate to explain the situation, and they were appalled by what had occurred. The following week, I received a call from the owner, who bizarrely insisted that I was to blame for the whole incident. I ended up calling corporate about him as well!

I visited this restaurant twice in April. During my first visit, the staff informed me that they did not accept credit cards, so I had to go to a 7-Eleven ATM to get cash. A few days later, before I placed my order, I asked again about card acceptance, and a staff member reiterated that they primarily accepted cash. Then, when I returned on June 2nd, I found that the restaurant was closed and available for rent. Réservez une table maintenant

I visited this restaurant twice in April. The first time, I was informed that they did not accept credit cards, so I had to go back to the ATM. Two days later, before placing my order, I asked if they had started accepting cards, and the staff member responded that they usually don't and only want cash. Yesterday, I tried to visit their second location, but it was closed for renovations.

A really kind older woman was working alone during a heat wave when I visited. I felt sorry for her, but despite taking her time, she made a delicious steak cheese for me. I strongly recommend having at least two employees on duty during the afternoon, especially since you're located right next to Chipotle, McDonald’s, and 7-Eleven in a high-traffic area. Being understaffed is not ideal.

This is the best Subway in New York! The woman who works here puts in so much effort, and I really appreciate how she prepares my sandwiches. You can tell she puts love into everything she makes. I would give this Subway 10 stars if I could. All those negative comments? They belong to a different Subway with terrible service. This one is truly the best, no contest.

If I could leave negative stars I would! Ordered through the app and my order somehow got changed try to call the store through the app and the number is not in service. Ordered another sandwich customized it to what I wanted and nothing that I asked for was on it. Bread was stale and the ingredients were definitely not fresh!!! Will never order from here again ? The restaurant only has one employee working during certain hours, which slows down service and is unfair both to the staff and the customers. This Subway location has been closed since May 20, 2022. We hope that when it reopens, it will be better managed, and perhaps we could get a different restaurant in its place.
