Why do you hire people here who don't understand a word of German? Extremely unfriendly too! The saleswoman wanted to explain to me in her broken German that it was Subway's requirement to only get my Subway ready after she had asked 6 other customers what kind of Subway they wanted and had to prove it first. I just had to watch as she did more Subways occupied by foreign customers. After almost 10 minutes I was allowed to pay for my subway... I thought I was completely crazy Service: 1
Kein Grüßen beim Betreten, Personal wirkt nicht begeistert, dass jetzt „Arbeit“ kommt. Langsames Arbeitstempo. Es wird erklärt, dass er das neue Sandwich nicht zubereiten kann, weil dafür das Brot zu weich ist und man muss ein anderes nehmen. Sandwich kaum zu essen, da es immer wieder auseinander fällt. Subway is becoming more and more of a rip-off, advertised price was 12.99, price to pay was 14.29. When we mentioned it, or in such a case the advertised price actually applies, the employee also became cheeky. That was the last time at Subway for me and my wife. Ich würde jedem davon abraten, dort außerhalb der Mittagszeiten zu essen. Ich war um ca. 10 da und das Brötchen mit dem Fleisch, was aus dem „Ofen“ kam war nichtmal warm. Das Fleisch war kalt und hat mich an den Geruch von Katzenfutter erinnert. Geschmacklich auch schlecht zu bewerten. Wenn Sie in Graz in einem Subway gut essen wollen fahren Sie zum Hauptbahnhof.
