I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. One of the staff members was unfriendly and ignored my requests. I asked to use the restroom twice, but she just walked away. Fortunately, another employee came to my aid. When I returned the key, the first staff member merely pointed to the counter for me to leave it there, which I found quite rude and unprofessional. I don’t intend to come back.
The server was exceptionally rude. I've never encountered such treatment anywhere else. My wife, who is in the early stages of her pregnancy and having difficulty eating, chose to dine here, but we faced extremely poor service from one of the staff members. It's quite disappointing.
I went to Subway to get a sandwich, but the entrance was blocked by a man cleaning the windows wearing headphones. When I finally got inside, there was someone in the back cleaning who didn’t notice me for five minutes. It was a frustrating experience.
The restaurant is supposed to close at 9 PM, but when I got there, a female staff member was already cleaning and had locked all the doors. Although the lights were still on, she ignored our attempts to place an order. Réservez une table maintenant
The staff were very unfriendly, so I decided to leave without ordering anything. I really wish I could give them a negative rating.
