This is the second time this year that I have visited this restaurant and encountered an issue with a coupon at checkout. The coupon clearly states "Buy one footlong, get the second one 50% off", but after carefully reading it multiple times, I realized that it does not specify that the offer is for online orders only. The first staff member I approached was rude and walked away from me, and tonight, another staff member insisted that Subway does not have any offers like the one on my coupon. I went to pick up my online order and was told that it had already been picked up. Despite explaining that I had just arrived and showing my phone with the order, the staff confused my order with another customer's. After a prolonged back-and-forth, the staff finally realized their mistake and made my order. However, when I got home, I discovered that my 12-sandwich order was only a 6, and my request for less onion was ignored. Additionally, the double chocolate cookie I ordered was replaced with a regular chocolate chip cookie. I tried to call the restaurant, but no one answered the phone. this download does not accept postflyer coupons. I do not expect everyone to understand me, English is not the only speech on the planet. but. if I hold the coupons before someone and ask for a quote for two coupons, the intention should be clear. after our order, the sandwich artist tells us that coupons are not accepted and shows in the general direction of the announcement. I also feel obliged to mention that the broccoli cheddar suppe was not available. but it should only be the suppe of the day. I'm just doing objective assessments. this did not live the standards of the subway.

The restaurant does not accept coupons and the staff are rude about it. The manager is never available or pretends not to hear you, and claims they don't speak English. I do not recommend going here as they may try to scam you and charge your card multiple times. I had to dispute the charges and it took about 50 days to get my money back for the overcharge. I believe Subway is a fraudulent business and I hope they go out of business. Réservez une table maintenant

I had a coupon in the mail for a basic 6 sub for $3.99.Went in and ordered one and watched as they were super stingy with the ingredients putting it together. Handed the lady my coupon and was informed they don't take coupons here. Walked out finding no napkinwith my sub and paid $8.60 for it. Not going back to this location.

bad communication, ordered a sandwich never got it, had to call the driver and he said that my order did not exist when on the app it did, never got my sandwich and told the driver to go home it is not worth it.

I was disappointed with the quality of the sandwich I got. The tomatoes were frozen and really all the ingredients were just... Aggressively mediocre.
